The bonus wasn’t credited
The bonus terms (v1.12) attach a few preconditions to the welcome offers, and missing any one means no bonus. Work through them in order:
- Timing. Claim the bonus before any bet with the deposit; even one spin first can rule it out.
- Minimum. Each Welcome Package step needs at least A$30; the Crypto Welcome Bonus needs 100 USDT.
- One at a time. If another bonus or free-spin offer is still live, a new one won’t attach.
- Opt-in offers. The Weekly Reload and Weekend Reload need an opt-in before you deposit.
- Payment method. See the Skrill and Neteller section below.
If you ticked every box, the terms send you to support. Use Live Chat or email [email protected], quote the deposit time, amount and method, and attach a screenshot of the promotion you chose. An email gives you a record if it drags on.
The site is blocked or you were redirected

In Australia: if a casino domain won’t open, the likeliest cause is an ACMA block. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bars online casino services from being offered to people in Australia, and ACMA has internet providers block offshore casino sites, adding new mirrors as they appear. There is nothing to fix on your device. We won’t suggest a VPN, DNS change or alternative domain, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does — you’d have no Australian regulator or dispute process behind you.
Elsewhere: the main address is casea.com, and CasinoGuard confirmed two mirrors, casea-0006.com and casea-9859.com. From Greece and Italy, casea.com returned an HTTP 307 redirect to casea-0006.com on desktop and mobile; Canada, Finland and Poland behaved differently. A redirect alone isn’t a warning sign, but any other address is — even one character off, close the tab. Our login guide has a short checklist for confirming a genuine domain.
You deposited with Skrill or Neteller and got no bonus
This is the rule working as written. The terms say Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify for the Welcome Package, and the Crypto Weekly Reload shuts them out too, so support is unlikely to add the bonus afterwards.
The money itself is fine and plays as real balance. For the next welcome step or reload, pick a qualifying method — a card, a bank method available where you are, or crypto for the crypto offers. Check the cashier for your country first, since methods vary by region.
Your withdrawal is over the daily cap

Withdrawal caps depend on VIP level. For AUD accounts, Level 1 allows A$800 a day and A$10,500 a month. A bigger balance isn’t forfeited; it is paid in instalments within those limits. Higher levels lift the caps:
| VIP level | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | A$800 | A$10,500 |
| Level 2 | A$800 | A$16,000 |
| Level 3 | A$1,200 | A$20,000 |
| Level 4 | A$1,600 | A$24,000 |
| Level 5 | A$2,500 | A$35,000 |
Per-transaction limits sit on top and vary by method; the global snapshot records them in EUR. CasinoGuard’s record publishes no processing times, so we can’t say how long each instalment takes. If a payment looks overdue, ask support in writing for the status of each request.
Live cashback wasn’t requested in time
The weekly Live Cashback returns 25% of net Live Casino losses from Monday to Sunday, up to A$525, paid as real money at 1x wagering. Unlike many cashback deals it is not automatic: you request it via Live Chat or email on the following Monday, 06:00 to 23:59 UTC. The terms set a €5 minimum payout.
Missed the window? You can still ask, but the terms don’t oblige support to pay a late claim. A weekly phone reminder for Monday morning is the simplest fix. Every offer is detailed on our promotions page.
KYC is taking too long
Identity checks usually stall for one of three reasons: a blurry or cropped image, a document that doesn’t match the name or address on the account, or a missing item such as proof of the payment method. With no published turnaround, the useful move is to clear the obstacles:
- Resend full-page colour scans with all four corners showing.
- Make sure the proof of address is recent and matches your profile.
- Ask support which document is outstanding, and get the answer by email.
Winnings voided after a max-bet breach
While any bonus is live, each round is capped at A$150. Going over, even once, breaks the bonus terms, and the casino can strip the bonus and the winnings made with it. It’s a frequent cause of disputes and hard to reverse, because the rule is written plainly.
To stay safe, check your stake before each bonus session, watch bet multipliers and feature-buy options that lift the real stake, and finish or cancel the bonus before moving to higher stakes. Our terms in plain English page covers wagering, the 10-day window and the 10x cash-out cap.
When to escalate
Keep everything in writing, with dates and screenshots. If support can’t resolve a dispute, ask for the legal entity and licence named in the terms and check the seal on the regulator’s own register, since CasinoGuard lists the operator as not disclosed. Bear in mind that for people in Australia there is no local body to escalate to, because the service isn’t permitted here.
