Which terms this page covers
The casino publishes General Terms and Conditions and separate Bonus terms, both marked version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026, as captured by CasinoGuard. A dated version number is a good sign: it lets you check whether the rules changed since you last read them. This page explains the clauses that most often decide whether a bonus turns into withdrawable money. It is a summary, not a substitute; if the casino’s text and this page ever differ, the casino’s text applies.
Wagering is counted on deposit plus bonus
The Welcome Package and the Crypto Welcome Bonus both carry 20x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Many players read “20x” and multiply only the bonus, which understates the requirement by half or more. A worked example:
- You deposit €100 on the first step and receive a 100% bonus of €100.
- The wagering base is €100 + €100 = €200.
- At 20x, you need to place €4,000 in total bets before the bonus converts.
Other offers use different bases. The Weekend Reload is 35x deposit plus bonus, while the Crypto Weekly Reload and Weekend Crypto Reload are 30x the bonus only. Free-spin winnings across the offers carry 40x. Live Cashback and Daily Cashback are credited with 1x wagering, which is about as light as it gets.
The 10-day window
Welcome-bonus wagering has to be completed within 10 days. On the example above, that is €4,000 of bets in 10 days, or roughly €400 a day. If the clock runs out, the bonus and any winnings still tied to it can be removed. Before you claim a large step, such as the third step of 50% up to €6,000, work out whether the turnover is realistic for your normal stakes. A smaller deposit with achievable wagering is usually worth more than a big bonus you cannot clear. Free spins from the Weekly Reload have their own limit: they must be used within 7 days.
The €100 maximum bet
While any bonus is active, each bet is limited to €100. This exists to stop players clearing wagering with a few very large bets. The clause is strict: a single round above the limit can be enough for the casino to cancel the bonus and the winnings made with it. Maximum cash-out: 10x the bonus
Winnings that come from a bonus are capped at 10 times the bonus amount. With a €250 bonus, the most that can convert to withdrawable cash is €2,500; anything above that is removed when the bonus completes. The cap applies to the Welcome Package, the Crypto Welcome Bonus, the Weekend Reload and the Crypto Weekly Reload. The Weekly Reload free spins have a fixed cap instead: €100 maximum cash-out.
One bonus at a time, and cancelling a bonus
Only one bonus can be active on the account. A new offer will not attach while another is still running, which is the usual reason a reload appears to go missing. The terms also say that withdrawing while a bonus is active voids it. In practice, you have three options with a running bonus: complete the wagering, let it expire, or cancel it. Cancelling normally removes the bonus funds and any winnings tied to them while leaving untouched real-money balance, but confirm what will remain with support before you cancel, and ask for the answer in writing.
Remember to claim each welcome step before placing any bet with that deposit; betting first can rule the bonus out.
VIP withdrawal limits
The terms set daily and monthly withdrawal caps by VIP level. A balance above the cap is paid out in instalments, not forfeited.

Payment exclusions and other conditions
Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the Welcome Package, and they are also excluded from the Crypto Weekly Reload. The Crypto Welcome Bonus accepts USDT, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple and USD Coin, with a 100 USDT minimum. The Crypto Weekly Reload counts casino games only, not live, and must be activated within 14 days. Live Cashback has to be requested on the following Monday, 06:00 to 23:59 UTC.
